Ok. So I know I haven't gotten on this thing and blogged in awhile. There is a reason too and NO it's not that I've been super lazy. Ok. Maybe that has a little to do with it. That and I was so upset That Federrer beat Andy Roddick. They played..let's see July 5. Yup..so It's been like...oh like ten or twelve days or so. Yup. So Andy Lost. :(
It was really sad to see Andy Lose. He Played so good but just could not finish off the match and Beat Federrer. Federrer beat Andy 5-7, 7-6 (8-6), 7-6 (7-5), 3-6, 16-14 and won his 15th Major Title. (whoop! NOT!! )
I so did not want Federrer to win. I thought Andy deserved to win. I mean Federrer has so many titles and has won a ton of times, especially Grand Slam titles. Andy Roddick has only ONE Gran Slam Title. I literally cried for Andy. I know I'm weird. But i just felt bad for the guy. He looked so upset and on the verge of tears but he kept his cool. It was just a sad moment. I searched for an article about this match and i came across something that i liked. It was about Andy roddick."Despite all those greats there, and Federer's new record, and the usual ghosts on Centre Court, Roddick stole the moment. He stole the crowd, too, even though he was the one who had dumped their hero, the Great Brit Hope Andy Murray, in the semis. We knew Federer would break the record eventually. What we didn't know until these past two weeks was that Roddick had this in him. Greatness. Humility. Class. Maturity. A backhand. A brain. "
